Privacy Policy

Name: GF Track: Gym Workout Tracker
Author: Gymforce Technologies LLP

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Our Privacy Philosophy

GF Track ("we," "our," or "the App"), published by Gymforce Technologies LLP, is engineered with a strict local-first, privacy-conscious philosophy. We believe your gym workout data, weights, body measurements, and fitness progress are personal and belong exclusively to you.

2. No Account or Registration Required

You can use GF Track without creating an account, registering an email address, or linking a third-party social media profile. We do not require or collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use the workout tracker.

3. On-Device Data Storage

All workout logs, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), custom routines, streak counters, body measurements, and progress photos are stored strictly within sandboxed, on-device local storage on your smartphone. We do not maintain a remote database containing your individual lifting logs.

4. Device Permissions

The app may request the following permissions solely to execute local features:

Vibration / Haptic: Required to notify you when the countdown rest interval timer completes.
Storage / Media: Required if you choose to export or import local workout backups or capture progress photos stored on your device.
Notifications: Used only for timer completion alerts while the app is in the background.

5. Data Backup and Export

Because data is saved locally, you retain complete ownership and control. You can create a full data backup file via the app's export utility and restore it via import at any time. If you delete the application without exporting a backup, your local workout records will be removed by your mobile operating system.

6. Third-Party App Stores

GF Track is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your download and installation are subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of Google LLC and Apple Inc.
