Built for Lifters Who Value Speed, Data, and Privacy
GF Track exists because modern fitness apps became bloated social networks. We built the focused, local-first workout tracker we wanted on our own gym floor.
Why Local-First Matters in the Gym
Gym basements, commercial fitness clubs, and garage gyms often have terrible cellular reception. When a workout app requires cloud authorization or an active connection just to record a set of squats, the lifter is left waiting.
GF Track stores 100% of your workout logs, routine structures, body measurements, and progress photos locally on your device. It never asks for an email, password, or third-party sign-in to get started. You open the app, log your sets, and get on with your training.
The Value of Objective Training Records
Strength progression is not subjective: it is the mathematical result of progressive overload applied systematically over months and years.
By recording your exact repetitions, weights, and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), GF Track removes the guesswork from training. You know precisely what load you lifted during your last session, giving you an unambiguous target to beat today.
About the Developer
GF Track is engineered and published by Gymforce Technologies LLP. We develop software utilities for fitness enthusiasts and athletes.
GF Track is a standalone consumer workout logging application. A gym membership or connection to a GymForce facility is completely optional and never required to enjoy the full capabilities of the app.
